Modern Methods Of Construction

Modern Methods Of Construction

• Modern Methods of Construction (MMC) has been developed as a way of working more effectively to achieve more without using more. These methods benefit from factory conditions and mass-production technologies. MMC is the ideal choice, especially when there is a need to deliver new buildings in a short time.

Design For Manufacture And Assembly

Design For Manufacture And Assembly

• Design for Manufacture and Assembly (DfMA) is an approach that focuses on ease of manufacture and efficiency of assembly. By optimizing the design of a product it is possible to manufacture and assemble it more efficiently, in the minimum time and at a lower cost.

• Traditionally, DfMA has been applied to automotive and consumer products, both of which need to efficiently produce high quality products in large numbers.

• Taking strength from its past, CONSERA adopted DfMA in recent years, for the off-site manufacturing of sticks, wall panels, and volumetric units. CONSERA uses BIM and CAM technologies to integrate design and manufacturing processes.

Manufacturing

• Our expert team of engineers and architects can design buildings with Light Gauge Steel Framing, which can always be combined with other Cold Formed Steel, Hot Rolled Steel, or Reinforced Concrete structural system components.

• CONSERA produces all LGSF members in-house in its manufacturing facility and collaborates with its solution partners for producing other types of structural members.

Off-Site Construction

Off-Site Construction

• Ex Works: Products delivered to the customer.

• Supervision: Erection of the building assisted and inspected on-site.

• Turnkey: Building manufactured off-site, erected on-site, and delivered to the customer with all systems commissioned and ready to operate.
